Sales Policies & Customer Terms
Transfer of Responsibility
All products are sold FOB Alaska. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once materials leave Alaska Tiles facility. Alaska Tile is not responsible for damage, loss, fabrication issues, or installation-related matters occurring after shipment.
Returned Payments
Any check or other payment instrument returned unpaid by a financial institution will be assessed a $35 administrative fee.
Returns & Time Limits
Requests for returns must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale. A restocking fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the purchase price will apply to all approved returns.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only. Cash refunds are not available.
Return Transportation
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying all freight, shipping, and insurance costs associated with any return to Alaska Tile.
Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery of materials shipped from Alaska Tile or its suppliers, the customer remains fully responsible for all outbound and return freight charges, handling fees, and related expenses.
Final Sale Items
All Alaska Tiles are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Payment Terms & Collections
Invoices not paid when due may accrue finance charges, the maximum rate permitted under applicable USA law. In the event collection activity becomes necessary, Alaska Tile may recover all reasonable costs incurred, including attorneys’ fees, whether or not legal action is commenced.
Governing Terms
All sales originate from the State of Alaska. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
